Steve Searing is a seasoned soccer coach with extensive experience in various coaching roles. Currently serving as an MLS Next Staff Coach for Chargers Soccer Club and as a Goalkeeper Coach for St. Petersburg Football Club, Searing has held multiple positions in different organizations, including Goalkeeper Coach at Tampa Bay United Soccer Club and Technical Director at IMG Academy. Previous roles also include Head Soccer Coach at Brentwood High School and Senior Coach with New York Red Bulls. Searing's career spans notable teams such as South Slammers FC and New York Cosmos, solidifying a strong background in player development and coaching at various levels. Education includes a Regents Diploma from Brentwood High School and a brief time at Suffolk County Community College.

The Chargers Soccer Club is committed to developing excellence in individual and team performance through a consistent and comprehensive approach to player and team development. Our club seeks to offer a challenging, competitive and educational program that emphasizes the importance of community, honesty, integrity and other “life lessons/values” through sports. Based in Clearwater, Tampa and Lakewood Ranch, Florida, the Chargers Soccer Club is a non-profit organization established to provide an unparalleled personal growth experience through the game of soccer and to promote life-long participation in the sport. Formed in 1972, the Chargers Soccer Club now serves over 3,000 youth players on an annual basis. The Chargers Soccer Club has produced over 60 State, Regional and National Championships, as well as 100’s of players in the collegiate and professional ranks. With 2,500+ athletes, 8000+ siblings, coaches and parents, many of whom are Bay Area Executives. With an annual Labor Day event drawing over 20,000 attendees. P.O.
