Emerson Lamb

Emerson Lamb has a diverse work experience. They started working at Chargie in 2021, where they held the position of Associate Product Manager. In this role, Emerson managed the entire lifecycle of product initiatives, collaborated with software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, collected customer feedback, and prioritized improvements to the UI applications. They also conducted training and onboarding for the internal team. Prior to this, Emerson launched and supervised the Customer Support Department at Chargie as a Customer Support Supervisor. They implemented SOPs, trained and oversaw a team of call-center agents, and provided reporting on customer contacts.

Before joining Chargie, Emerson worked as an Advancement Ambassador at Pitzer College from 2018 to 2020. They also gained experience as a Community Outreach Intern at Impact from September 2017 to February 2018.

Emerson Lamb earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pitzer College, completing the program from 2017 to 2021.
