Phil Flores, PMP CSM

Phil Flores, PMP CSM, has more than 20 years of experience in project management and product management in the telecommunications industry. Phil is currently serving as the VP of Product Management at both Chargie and PCS Energy.

Before joining Chargie and PCS Energy, Phil worked at Boingo Wireless from 2005 to 2019. During their time there, they held various roles, including Vice President of Project Management and Director of Project Management - Broadband. In these positions, they managed the integration and deployment of Wi-Fi and IPTV services at military bases, airports, and other venues worldwide. Phil was responsible for executing deployment projects, handling issues and escalations, and reporting to executive management.

Prior to Boingo Wireless, Phil worked at iPass, Inc. as a Service Deployment Engineer and a Service Operations Analyst from 2003 to 2005. Phil also worked at HereUare Communications as a Systems Engineer from 2000 to 2002 and at SOHO Wireless as a Network Field Engineer from 1999 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, partner management, quality assurance, and network integration. Phil is PMP and CSM certified, highlighting their commitment to professional development and excellence in project management.

Phil Flores, PMP CSM, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Computers and Electronics from San Jose State University. Phil attended the university from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, Phil also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December 2019, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in October 2018.
