Jervin Justin

Jervin Justin currently serves as Vice President of Product Strategy and Product Management at Xplor Technologies since August 2025. Previously, Jervin worked as a Consultant for VelocityEngine and held the position of Vice President and Head of Product at Book4Time Inc., where Jervin successfully led the product function and achieved a significant private equity exit. Jervin's experience also includes a role as Senior Director of Product at Indeed.com, focusing on platform vision, roadmap execution, and ecosystem partnerships, as well as extensive advisory experience at Boston Consulting Group, contributing to revenue growth for various tech and travel companies. Jervin began a career in software product management at National Instruments, managing multiple product lines and launching a developer ecosystem program. Jervin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
