Stella Bi, MBA, CPA

Stella Bi has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Stella is currently the VP of Finance and Accounting at Chargie since October 2022. Before joining Chargie, Stella served as the Chief Financial Officer at Quantum Screening Inc. from April 2018 to October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Quantum Screening Inc. from January 2017 to April 2018.

Stella has also held the role of National Controller at SAG-AFTRA from November 2015 to January 2017 and worked as a Controller at Wedbush Securities from January 2014 to May 2015. Stella started their career as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Indymac Bank in 2002 and progressed to roles such as Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo from 2006 to 2007 and VP/Assistant Controller at East West Bank from 2007 to 2010.

In addition, Stella has experience as a Principal at CPA Consulting, where they provided clients with financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and implemented new financial accounting standards. Stella worked at CPA Consulting from 2012 to 2014. Stella also held the position of Head of Financial Performance Management, Consumer Banking Finance, China at Standard Chartered Bank from 2010 to 2012.

Throughout their career, Stella has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and policy development. Stella is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA degree.

Stella Bi, MBA, CPA began their education at California State University, Los Angeles, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Stella then pursued further education at USC Marshall School of Business, obtaining their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance.
