Ismael Belkhayat

Ismael Belkhayat has extensive experience in the tech and e-commerce sectors. Ismael began their career in 2010 as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2013, they founded and became a Board Member of three companies: VotreChauffeur.ma, Wib.co, and VtC.ma. In 2015, they founded and became a Board Member of Sarouty.ma, a leading property portal in Morocco. Most recently, in 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Chari.co, an e-commerce and fintech app for retailers.

Ismael Belkhayat obtained a Bac S in Physique-Chimie from Lycée Descartes in 2002. Ismael then attended Classes Préparatoires until 2004. In 2008, they graduated with a Diplôme Grande Ecole in Entrepreneurship from ESCP Business School. In 2009, they obtained a Masters degree from Cornell University. Ismael Belkhayat also obtained a 740/800 from Gmat. Currently, they are enrolled in Y Combinator's S21 program. Additionally, Ismael Belkhayat holds a Private Pilot Licence from the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile and a Skydiving Licence from the Fédération Française de Parachutisme.
