Sophia Alj

Sophia Alj has worked in various roles since 2014. Sophia began their career with an apprenticeship as an Innovation Manager for BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking in 2014. In 2015, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate Consultant. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder & COO for Chari.ma - 1ère centrale d'achat de produits FMCG pour les commerces traditionnels de proximité, a Co-Founder for Mondentiste.ma - Boite à outils digitale pour Dentistes, and a Co Managing Partner for Wib.co - Startup Studio - Incubateur Web.

Sophia Alj has a diverse education history, beginning with their Scientific French Baccalaureate from Lycée Lyautey which they completed in 2008. Sophia then attended McGill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering in 2012. In 2013 and 2015, they earned a Master in Management, Program Grande Ecole from ESCP Business School. In 2010, they also studied Spanish Language and Literrature at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Most recently, in 2021, they completed Y Combinator's YC S21 program.
