Jon Chen

Jon Chen currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Chariot Claims and is a Co-Founder of Garlic, both roles held since January 2023 and January 2025, respectively. Prior to these positions, Jon Chen worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Rippling from January 2024 to January 2025 and at Coalition, Inc. from January 2023 to January 2024. Between January 2015 and January 2023, Jon Chen was employed as a Software Engineer at Twitch. Academic pursuits include studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Computer Science at Rutgers University, both of which were left incomplete.
