Joseph Kelly (MCIM) has over 13 years of professional experience in marketing and communications. Joseph began their career in 2006 as the Managing Director of a Young Enterprise business, where they managed a team of 10 and won the 'Best Company' award and the 'Best Report' award within their region. In 2008, they joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a F&B Supervisor, delivering high customer service to a wide variety of international customers. In 2011, they became the Marketing & PR Officer at Cosmopolitan Housing Group, where they managed digital marketing and social media, increasing the reach on Facebook from a high of 94 to a high of 6021 in less than 2 weeks. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Widex UK & Ireland, MBNA, Shop Direct, and Prodo, including Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Communications Manager, and Digital Marketing Strategist. In 2018, they became the External Communications & Marketing Manager at Community Integrated Care, one of the UK's largest and most successful health and social care charities. Joseph is currently the Marketing Manager at Charity Bank.
Joseph Kelly has a long history of education and certifications. Joseph completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Chester between 2010 and 2014. Joseph then went on to pursue a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing between 2014 and 2015. In April 2022, they became a CIM MCIM Member from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Joseph also holds certifications from Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Academy, and Google's Digital Garage.
