Athena Ascione

Athena Ascione currently serves as the Senior Manager of Event Marketing at Lightyear, responsible for developing event marketing strategies that contribute to pipeline growth and manage a substantial budget. Prior to this, Athena held various roles at Convoso, leading event strategies that resulted in consistent revenue growth and overseeing project management across multiple marketing channels. Experience at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Bluebeam, Inc. involved managing high volumes of marketing projects and executing successful trade shows and events. Athena began the professional journey at UCSB, coordinating workshops and overseeing operations. Athena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
