Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson is an accomplished professional in nonprofit incubation and training, currently serving as the Incubation Programs Manager at Charity Entrepreneurship/AIM since September 2021. In this role, Steve co-leads programs that empower talented individuals with the training and funding needed to launch evidence-driven, scalable nonprofits. Previously, Steve held the position of Co-founder and Head of Training at Training for Good, aimed at directing talent toward addressing critical global issues. Additionally, Steve served as an Organisational Consultant at Flow Group - UK & Ireland for over 14 years, facilitating personal and team development through tailored workshops and coaching. Steve's prior experience also includes serving as Creative Director and Head of Learning at the Entrepreneurs Academy, where the focus was on training aspiring business founders. Educationally, Steve has a strong background, holding degrees in Leadership from Common Purpose and Entrepreneurial Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, alongside a degree in Philosophy from University College Dublin.
