Makena Cunningham

Makena Cunningham is an experienced professional in brand partnerships, currently serving as the Brand Partnerships Senior Manager at charity: water since January 2013. Previously, Makena held various roles within the organization, advancing from Brand Partnerships Manager to Brand Partnerships Account Executive and Growth and Partnerships Associate, as well as starting as a Growth Intern. Additional experience includes consulting for Carpenters Local 210 and working as a Field Organizer for Ned Lamont's gubernatorial campaign. Makena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from New York University, earned from 2009 to 2013, and completed secondary education at Hopkins School from 2005 to 2009.
