Currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Operations & Analytics at charity: water, Thomas oversees donor data insights and ensures data integrity. Previously, Thomas held leadership roles at Bread for the World and International Justice Mission, where responsibilities included developing data solutions and leading teams focused on business intelligence and fundraising support. Thomas also contributes as an Adjunct Lecturer at Cairn University, teaching Advanced Data Analytics.
