Joyce Wong, MPA, serves as the Capital Projects Coordinator at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center since November 2022, previously holding the role of Capital Projects Associate. From 2019 to 2022, Joyce held various positions at Binghamton University, including Admissions Counselor for the NYC Region, where responsibilities involved managing recruitment and counseling prospective students, and Application Reader, conducting holistic reviews of applications. Joyce also worked as an Outreach and Education Graduate Assistant, educating students about the university’s Code of Student Conduct, and supervised undergraduate interns. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Chinese-American Planning Council focusing on operations and compliance and a role as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Child Development. Joyce earned a Master of Public Administration from Binghamton University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from the same institution.
