We are a full service unlimited licensed General Contractor in the State of South Carolina. We have four divisions of our company; Commercial, Industrial, Mechanical, and Historic. This is the 200th year that the Blanchard family has been in the construction industry in Charleston. It has been passed down from father to son through 7 generations. Mike Blanchard has renovated buildings that his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather built.
