Noelle G. has extensive work experience in the field of forensic science and criminal justice. Noelle began their career in 2004 as a Forensic Investigator at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where they conducted scene inspections and prepared detailed case reports. In 2005, they joined the Prince George's County Police Department as an Evidence Technician, processing crime scenes and evidence. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Resource Connections, Inc., initially as a Case Manager and later as a Supervisory Team Leader/Program Manager, overseeing various programs and collaborating with state agencies. In 2013, they joined the Charles County Sheriff's Office as a Forensic Science Technician, responsible for crime scene investigations and evidence processing. Noelle was later promoted to Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager and eventually to Deputy Director of the Forensic Science Section. Noelle G. currently holds the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Noelle G. has a diverse education history. Noelle began their studies at Prince George's Community College in 1998 and obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Forensic Science. Noelle also completed an additional Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice Technology at the same institution. Continuing their education, Noelle G. enrolled at the University of Baltimore from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Studies with a Concentration in Police Science. In 2010, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Counseling & Personnel Services: Career Planning and Placement for Youth in Transition at the University of Maryland, which they completed in 2011. Most recently, Noelle G. attended Stevenson University from 2017 to 2019 and achieved a Master of Science degree in Forensic Science with a specialization in Crime Scene Investigation. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also obtained several certifications, including Integrated Ballistics Identification System Data Acquisition from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives in June 2019, Certified Law Enforcement Instructor from the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions in April 2014, and Mental Health First Aid in May 2013.
