Neil A. Barclay

Neil A. Barclay has been President & CEO at Charles H. Wright Museum of African American Theirtory since December 2018. Neil was previously Director and CEO at the Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans from May 2013 to December 2018, Senior Consultant at Arts Consulting Group from October 2012 to April 2013, and Senior Consultant at City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs from November 2011 to December 2012. Prior to that, they were Interim Chief Executive Officer at NBAF, Inc. from May 2009 to November 2011 and Founding President and CEO at August Wilson Center from February 2003 to December 2009.

Neil A. Barclay's educational career includes a Graduate Fellowship in Theater Arts from Cornell University, a JD in Corporate and Non Profit Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
