Shweta Kulkarni began their work experience as a Software Test Engineer at IBM from March 2014 to February 2016. shweta then joined Charles Hudson Technology Solutions Inc in February 2022 as a Software Test Engineer.

Shweta Kulkarni obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Apart from their formal education, they also achieved a certification in Manual Testing and Selenium with JAVA from the QSpiders - Software Testing Training Institute.
