Charles Gound

Charles Gound has a diverse background in management and operations within the food production and retail sectors. Currently serving as Assembly Group Leader B at Charles Industries, LLC since July 2022, Charles previously held the position of General Manager at Rantoul Express Lube from August 2019 to July 2022. Additional experience includes roles such as Food Inspector at USDA-FSIS, Boning Room Coach at Momence Packing Co, and Supervisor at Rantoul Foods, where responsibilities involved relief supervision across various operations. Earlier positions include Meat Manager at Meijer, Production Supervisor at Strauss Veal & Lamb, and Shipping Supervisor at Swissland Packing. Charles is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Industrial Technology/Technician at Parkland College and engaging in further education through Coursera and Codecademy.
