Stuart Harrison

Stuart Harrison, PE, CFM, F.SAME serves as the Executive Director of the Charles Pankow Foundation since June 2023, focusing on advancing innovation in the design and construction industry through collaboration and research funding. As President of FaciliTech LLC since July 2015, Stuart oversees operations and strategic direction. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Amentum and AECOM, where expertise in managing the Infrastructure & Engineering sector was demonstrated, alongside leadership in large-scale base operations services contracts. Prior military service includes significant positions with the US Army, culminating as Commandant of a multifaceted intelligence school. Stuart holds advanced degrees in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University and National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
