Dr. Binay Eapen Facp

Dr. Binay Eapen FACP is an experienced physician and educator currently serving as the Internal Medicine Program Director at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science since July 2024, overseeing the residency program's education, administration, and clinical responsibilities. Prior to this role, Dr. Eapen was the founding program director of the ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency at MLK Community Healthcare from June 2021 to June 2024. Additionally, Dr. Eapen spent 14 years at Mount Carmel Health System, first as an Assistant Program Director and then as an Associate Program Director, actively participating in clinical rounds and precepting residents in an ambulatory clinic setting.
