Jennifer Kordell serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Charles River Associates, overseeing HR for a global consultancy with over 1,200 employees and more than $650 million in revenue. With a strong background in talent acquisition, operations, and strategic support, Jennifer has held various leadership positions within the organization. Jennifer is actively involved in multiple boards, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, St. Paul's Choir School, Catholic Schools Foundation, Jackson Walnut Park School, and Families First. Jennifer also partners with the University of Minnesota to support the Shelley Joseph-Kordell Scholarship aimed at advancing healthy aging. Academically, Jennifer holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Amherst College, complemented by executive education from the Wharton School.
