Mayank Saraswat

Mayank Saraswat is a Consulting Associate at Charles River Associates in London, specializing in energy transition, climate policy development, investment strategy, integrated resource planning, energy markets, and due diligence since September 2022. Previously, Mayank served as Project Manager for Energy Modeling and Analytics at NYSERDA, focusing on building electrification, decarbonization pathways, and project management from July 2018 to August 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a CELI Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, Research Associate at the University of Delaware's Center for Energy and Environmental Policy, and Energy Analyst for the Delaware Army National Guard. Mayank's early career featured sustainability projects with the Environmental Defense Fund and energy efficiency assessments. Mayank holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), along with a Clean Energy Certificate from Yale University.
