Stan Gocman

Stan Gocman is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Charles River Associates since January 2023. Previously, Stan held the role of Senior Manager for EMEA Talent Acquisition at FTI Consulting from June 2019 to January 2023, addressing experienced hiring for a large global advisory firm. In 2018 and 2019, Stan worked as HR Manager (Recruitment) at Pension Insurance Corporation plc, overseeing recruitment for senior roles. Prior to that, Stan was Recruitment Manager at Mazars in the UK, managing full recruitment cycles up to Director level.
