Immediate Need for a Controller/Hybrid/One day in office

Charles River CFO, Inc. is searching for an interim Controller to work remotely and come in the office one day a week. Our client is in Boston, MA and is in education resource tools.  Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will work 25-40 hours per week. In addition, familiarity with Great Plains, Paramount (expenses), Workday and Adaptive Insights (budgeting tool) is needed.

Interim Controller will oversee AR, AP and General Accounting. Immediate need to assist VP Finance with year-end bonuses, growth strategies and day-to-day accounting.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • CPA preferred, but not required

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify critical issues, and solve problems
