Andreea Droba

Andreea Droba has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Andreea is currently serving as the Associate Director of Primary Care Operations at Charles River Community Health. Prior to this, they held the position of Access Site Manager at Northeast Hospital, where they were responsible for managing and overseeing the operational aspects of the hospital site. Before that, Andreea worked as a Practice Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital. Andreea also has experience outside of the healthcare field, having served as the Director of Insurance at Investors Marketing Services, where they were responsible for account management, client retention, and new business development. Andreea's earlier experience includes roles as a Healthcare Administrator at Dental Care Associates and a Supervisor at Filene's Basement. Andreea also worked as a Licensing & Commission Manager at CGU Insurance.

Andreea Droba is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, with an expected graduation date in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In addition, Andreea has also earned a certification in Lean Six Sigma from MSI International, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
