Don Paré

Don Paré joined Charles River Community Health in May, 2022 as the organization’s first Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO). Don holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Mass College of Liberal Arts. Don has an extensive background and experience in healthcare including serving as Chief Information Officer in a dual role for Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care and Beth Israel Deaconess Health Care/Affiliated Physicians Group. Don has also led multiple implementations and/or conversions of electronic health record systems. At CRCH, Don will oversee the Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Health Information and Facilities departments and is responsible for integrating clinical and business needs and requirements into IT, IS and facilities planning and operations.
