Asmara Kadera, M.Ed, has extensive experience in change management and organizational development, holding key positions such as Senior Change Partner at Charles River Laboratories and Organizational Change Management Program Manager for Cyber Security at Zoom. Additional roles include serving as Principal Change Management Consultant for Enterprise Transformation at UKG and contributing to user adoption and change management at Ultimate Software.
