Chris Papagiannis

Chris Papagiannis currently serves as the Senior Director of Safety Assessment and Principal Research Scientist at Charles River Laboratories, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading teams in various domains such as general toxicology and safety pharmacology. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at MPI Research, Inc. from 1995 to 2018, culminating as Senior Director of General Toxicology and Senior Study Director. Earlier experience includes roles at the International Research and Development Corporation and Universal Restaurants, Inc. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Communications and Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
