Felipe Cuellar

Felipe Cuellar is a seasoned professional in engineering and validation, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Engineering and Validation at Charles River Laboratories since May 2022. In this role, Felipe leads validation initiatives and manages the engineering department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while overseeing facility upgrade projects. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ABL Inc. as Supervisor of Validation and Engineering and as Validation Engineer at Meridian BioGroup LLC, where Felipe developed and executed validation protocols for various manufacturing equipment. Felipe holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
