Manu Kohli

Manu Kohli is a highly accomplished scientific leader with extensive experience in drug discovery and development across various modalities and indications. Currently serving as Principal Scientific Advisor at Charles River Laboratories, Manu Kohli provides strategic and tactical guidance to cross-functional teams and external organizations. Previously, as a Scientific Program Manager at the National Cancer Institute, Manu Kohli led multidisciplinary teams and managed the NCI Experimental Therapeutics Program portfolio. In addition to roles at Metaphason Inc. as both CEO and Scientific Advisor, and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, experience also includes significant contributions to antibody development at Meso Scale Discovery and Functional Genetics. An advocate for innovation in science, Manu Kohli holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Tumor Biology from Georgetown University and a postdoctoral fellowship in Oncology from Johns Hopkins University.
