Monica Lombardo

Monica Lombardo is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at RIV Capital Inc. since August 2024, Lombardo plays a vital role in a purpose-driven cannabis consumer packaged goods company. Since June 2019, Lombardo has held the position of Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Charles River Laboratories. Prior to this, a significant tenure at IBM spanned two decades, where Lombardo advanced through various leadership roles in human resources and compensation. Earlier career experiences include positions at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, and American Savings Bank. Lombardo holds an MBA in Accounting from Pace University and a BS in Finance from Fordham University.
