Katherine Whitten

Katherine Whitten has extensive experience in educational leadership and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Charles River School since June 2007. Prior roles at Charles River School included Director of Admissions and Parent Relations and Assistant Director of Development. Previous experience includes positions as Admissions Officer, Teacher, and Coach at Thayer Academy, as well as Director of Stewardship at Beaver Country Day School, Inc. Katherine's background in education is complemented by a Master's degree in American Civilization from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Connecticut College. Early education includes attendance at Shady Side Academy and The Ellis School.
