Aaron Williams

Aaron Williams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment analysis and real estate. As the founder of H&A Real Estate, LLC since September 2022, Aaron has led various initiatives in the real estate sector. Aaron has also been with Northern Trust Corporation since July 2018, advancing through roles from analyst to a senior investment associate in Hedge Fund Services. Concurrently, since October 2021, Aaron has worked as a licensed realtor at Charles Rutenberg Realty of Illinois. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Analyst in Business Development at Squeaky Kleen, Inc and internships in urgent care consulting and data analysis. Academically, Aaron holds two bachelor's degrees in Finance and International Business from North Central College, and is a Level 3 Candidate at the CFA Institute, in addition to obtaining an FMVA designation from the Corporate Finance Institute.
