Stephanie Gathe

Stephanie Gathe, PMP, MBA, serves as a Project Manager at Charles Rutenberg Realty of Illinois since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing and optimizing real estate investors' portfolios and recommending future investment strategies. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Space Leasing Project Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau from July 2019 to June 2021, overseeing a portfolio of Area Census Offices and collaborating with the General Services Administration on space acquisition plans. Earlier experience as a Real Estate Management and Consultant at Baird & Warner involved advising clients on market conditions and acting as a key intermediary in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Stephanie holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Physics and Math from Dillard University.
