Christine Laguardia

Christine LaGuardia, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Employee Relations Advisor and Sr. Manager of HR Business Partners at Charles Schwab since August 2021, Christine has previously held significant roles at Crocs, including Sr. Manager of Human Resources and HR Manager, from April 2016 to August 2021. Earlier career experience at Credit Union of Colorado spanned from July 2002 to April 2016, with progressive responsibilities from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Supervisor. Christine LaGuardia holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from the Community College of Denver and has pursued education at Regis University from 2005 to 2007.
