Jeffrey Hatfield

Jeffrey Hatfield, PMP CSM, is an accomplished Sr. Manager in Portfolio Management at Charles Schwab, specializing in Infrastructure, Operations, and Cloud since October 2018. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, Jeffrey has served as Lead Scrum Master and Technical Program Manager. Prior to Charles Schwab, Jeffrey worked at Nokia Networks from April 2011 to September 2018 as a Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing multi-site software development projects and driving organizational change initiatives. Jeffrey's career began at Motorola Solutions, where from May 1993 to April 2011, responsibilities included managing Agile software engineering projects for radio software programs, leading teams and ensuring deliverables met quality and budget standards. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
