Joan T. Dea

Ms. Dea is the founder of Beckwith Investments, a private investment and consulting firm, and has served as managing director since 2008. She served on the Executive Committee of BMO Financial Group from 2003 to 2008, most recently as Executive Vice President, Strategic Management and Corporate Marketing. She was previously a partner and director at Boston Consulting Group from 1994 to 2003, where she was a leader in the global financial services practice. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Charles Schwab Bank since 2011 and Cineplex Inc. since 2006. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of Performance Sports Group from 2015 to 2017 and Torstar Corporation from 2009 to 2015.

Ms. Dea brings public company, leadership, strategy, governance and financial services experience to the board, having served in a variety of executive leadership positions at BMO Financial Group and Boston Consulting Group.
