Khozem Dohadwala is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in risk management systems and cloud technologies. Currently serving as Director, Software Engineering Principal at Charles Schwab, Khozem oversees the development of an Integration Fabric for Wealth Management applications. Prior roles include Principal, Risk Systems and Analytics at OCC, where significant contributions included leading a multi-year cloud migration and architecting a streaming cloud-native intraday risk management system. With previous leadership as Director of Risk Systems Engineering and Systems Engineering Manager, Khozem drove cross-functional teams and innovative solutions in quantitative risk management. An MBA graduate from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing, Khozem has a solid educational foundation to complement a diverse professional background that spans several years and various companies.
