Samantha Walsh

Samantha Walsh is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in digital services and process improvement. Currently serving as Product Manager at Charles Schwab since May 2022, Samantha is leading the development of a top 10 mobile trading experience and successfully launched a minimum viable product within four months. Previously at PNC from August 2012 to present, Samantha held various roles, including Vice President and Senior Process Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams and enhancing user interfaces. Earlier roles include Scrum Master and Knowledge Management/Technical Writer at CSC, where Samantha achieved significant improvements in service level agreements and client knowledge base satisfaction. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Vincent College.
