Seth McCulloch

Seth McCulloch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management and vendor management. Currently serving as Director of Service Management Operations at Charles Schwab since January 2012, Seth has been instrumental in modernizing processes through the introduction of Agile Service Management. Previously, as Managing Director of IT Service Automation & Business Intelligence, Seth enhanced business intelligence capabilities for a $1.5 billion operation. In earlier roles at Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Seth spearheaded Strategic Vendor Management to optimize operating expenses for a $24 billion organization and transformed vendor relationships into collaborative partnerships. Seth's career began at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on applications development and business analysis. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
