Uriel Santiago

Uriel Santiago is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial services and technology management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Charles Schwab since October 2016, Uriel oversees the order execution management, FIX platform, and regulatory trade reporting, ensuring stability and performance for millions of orders processed daily. Prior to this role, Uriel worked at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director from December 2000 to October 2016, managing the FX Trading platform and related systems while developing business continuity plans. Uriel began a career in technology as Director of Technology at Arial Systems from January 1996 to January 2000, focusing on hardware planning and application deployment. Uriel holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University, earned between January 2009 and January 2011, as well as education from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from January 2002 to January 2004.
