Julie Flynn

As Human Resources director for the Foundation, Julie Flynn has developed considerable expertise in the areas of compensation, benefits analysis and administration, as well as recruiting, interviewing and training new employees. She joined Mott in 1998, became the manager of Human Resources in 2006, and was named director in 2020. Flynn has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint.
