Lydia Molapo

Lydia Molapo is the office manager for the Foundation’s South Africa office. She joined Mott in 1996 as an administrative secretary before being promoted to her current role in 1998. She provides general office administration, grants administration support, events coordination and accounting support. Prior to joining Mott, Molapo worked as a secretary for the International Fundraising Consortium (Interfund). She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as diplomas in accounting, administration management, and corporate governance and administration from Damelin College and University of South Africa.
