Kimberly Digiovanni

Kimberly Digiovanni has a strong background in human resources and talent programs. Kimberly most recently served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Social Enterprise for Canada, starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Programs Specialist at Venterra Realty from January 2019 to July 2019. From 2013 to 2019, they held a role in Human Resources and Governance at Social Enterprise for Canada. Kimberly began their career in 2008 as a Product Configuration Specialist at Erie Insurance Group, where they worked until 2013.

Kimberly Digiovanni obtained a Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tri-State Business College in 2009. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Senior Professional in Human Resources. In addition, Kimberly has obtained certifications such as Certified Transform Recruitment Marketer (CTRM), Change Management Professional, General Insurance, and Joint Health & Safety.
