Hedy Bryant

Hedy Bryant is a seasoned leader and educator with extensive experience in organizational leadership, diversity, and environmental management. Currently serving as Chair of Richmond Landcare Incorporated and a member of The Deep Adaptation Forum, Hedy also contributes to The Climate Reality Project as a graduate of the Climate Reality Leaders program. At Charles Sturt University, Hedy holds multiple roles including Adjunct Lecturer and Program Coordinator for Leadership Development for Women, while previously managing initiatives focused on diversity and equity, service culture, and change management. As Principal Consultant at HARK Facilitation Services and Chair of the Board of Directors at Rahamim Ecological Learning Community, Hedy exhibits a commitment to community engagement and facilitative leadership.
