Michelle Crosby

Michelle Crosby currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Charles Sturt University since September 2022. Previously, Michelle held several leadership roles within the Australian Taxation Office, including Deputy Commissioner for both Australian Business Registry Services and Customer Service and Solutions from October 2015 to September 2022. Additional experience includes positions as General Manager of Corporate Services at Parks Victoria and First Assistant Commissioner of Corporate Services at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Michelle's career also encompasses managerial roles at the Department of Human Services, MaxEmployment, ComSuper, and an earlier tenure at the Australian Taxation Office. Academic qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Management from Griffith University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Griffith University.
