Michelle Moore has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Michelle most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Charles Sturt University. Prior to that, they held various roles at TAFE NSW, including being a Higher Education Governing Board member, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Finance Business Partnering. Michelle also worked at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council as the Manager of Strategic Projects and at Aurora Energy as the Group Manager of Corporate Strategic Initiatives and Financial Planning and Analysis. Michelle also had experience at North Coast Institute of TAFE as a Program Manager, Aurora Energy as the Manager of Due Diligence, Essential Energy as the Group Manager of Corporate Marketing and Financial Due Diligence, and at Bridge News as the Asia Copy Chief and Tokyo Copy Chief.
Michelle Moore earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney in 1990-1992. Michelle later pursued Micro-credentials in Education from the University of New England (AU) starting in 2017. Additionally, they obtained the AICD qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds professional qualifications from CPA Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA).
