Currently serving as the Executive Director of Engagement and Enterprise and Pro Vice-Chancellor for Community and Global Engagement at Charles Sturt University since July 2017, Tom leads a dedicated team focused on integrating global perspectives to foster local impact. Previous roles include Director of Global Engagement and Partnerships at TAFE NSW and Director of Communications for the Department of Education in Tasmania. Tom has also held managerial positions in strategic marketing communications within various government and educational organizations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Accounting from the University of Tasmania.
