Elyse Fairbairn

Elyse Fairbairn currently serves as the Desktop Adjusting Team Leader and Technical Analyst at Charles Taylor, beginning in January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an External Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company Australia, where assessment and investigation of various insurance losses were conducted, and as a Constituent & Community Engagement Officer with the Australian Government Department of Finance, managing complex constituent matters. Elyse has also held positions in customer service with the Department of Defence, as a Legal Assistant, and in various administrative roles. Elyse's educational background includes a Diploma of Loss Adjusting from ANZIIF, a Graduate Certificate in Cultural Heritage and Museum Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in History & International Politics from Deakin University.
